The Project
Vista Verde
Vista Verde is a residential building on a calm street in the Suhata Reka district, between Botevgradsko Shose Blvd and Vladimir Vazov Blvd. The well-connected location provides fast, convenient links to the centre, the Ring Road, the Hemus motorway and Sofia Airport, with the district municipality, a school, medical facilities, shops and bank branches in the immediate vicinity.
The building is built for high energy-efficiency performance and offers an individual gas and air-conditioning installation for every home. Wienerberger Porotherm brick masonry, a BAUMIT facade system with 10 cm thermal insulation and PVC windows with double glazing ensure comfort and low energy costs.
The project was completed in 2019 in the spirit of what Avaton has been doing since 2017 — proportion, natural light and attention to detail, with no decorative excess.
