Tera Soleo
Tera Soleo is a boutique residential building of just 8 homes, wrapped in greenery on a quiet street in the prestigious Lozenets district. The intimate scale and low common-area share (14%) give every home space, calm and a sense of seclusion in the heart of the city.
The homes are designed with south-facing living rooms for maximum sunlight, while the top two levels hold spacious apartments occupying an entire floor each, with remarkable views of Vitosha Mountain. Functional layouts, high-quality windows and the insulated facade system deliver excellent energy-efficiency performance, and every home has an individual air-conditioning system.
Completed in 2020, the building carries the Avaton signature — proportion, natural light and quiet, with attention to detail and no decorative excess.
