The Project
Irina
The IRINA residential park complex is set in the upper part of old Lozenets — a quiet, peaceful, green neighbourhood beside the Lozenets Residence. The project consists of two boutique residential buildings with just 13 apartments in total, wrapped in rich landscaping.
Lozenets is among Sofia’s most desirable residential areas — with parks and greenery, well-developed infrastructure, convenient public transport, schools and kindergartens, and immediate proximity to the city centre.
The buildings were completed in 2025 in the spirit of what Avaton has been doing since 2017 — proportion, natural light and quiet, with attention to detail and quality materials.
