The Project
Casa Bela
Casa Bela is a boutique residential building of 51 apartments and one office in the up-and-coming Malinova Dolina district. Six residential floors rise above two basement levels of garages and parking spaces, designed around functional, spacious, sun-filled homes with panoramic views of Vitosha Mountain.
The ground-floor homes have their own verandas and landscaped private gardens, while the low common-area share (12.5%) and the high quality of the windows and insulation system give the building excellent energy-efficiency performance. Every home has an individual air-conditioning system.
The building was completed in 2025 in the spirit of what Avaton has been doing since 2017 — proportion, natural light and quiet, with attention to detail and no decorative excess.
