The Project
Viva
Viva is a luxury residential building of 87 apartments and one office in Manastirski Livadi — between the centre of Sofia and Vitosha. Functional layouts, spacious, well-lit corner living rooms and a low common-area share (11%) set it apart from the district’s new construction.
The apartments offer two-room to four-room layouts — from compact two-room homes to spacious four-room residences, most with corner living rooms. The upper floors open panoramas of Vitosha and Sofia’s night lights. Every three-room and four-room home comes with parking for two cars, with the option of an additional storage room, parking space or garage.
The building is developed in the spirit of what Avaton has been doing since 2017 — proportion, natural light and quiet, with no visual compromises and no decorative excess. Every apartment is designed to serve daily life, not the catalogue.
